ok, this is your reminder that for the 3 weeks that you tracked food 100% of the time, you lost almost 10 pounds and for the 4 weeks that you only tracked 60% of the time accurately, you lost 0 pounds and that speaks volumes about tracking not only keeping you aware of your intake, but keeping you accountable to eat foods that you are willing to actually put to paper and admit you ate. One series of a few days without tracking throws your whole deficit off course and you have spent months and years getting back on track in the past. Just track daily and if you're not, you're lying to yourself.
