Had a pretty good day today. Took a run this morning then I worked out to my 30 day shred video before lunch. I am now sore but I did a lot of researching today and I am really looking forward to getting the weight off. First stop 140. I haven't been 140 since summer 08.

UGh yesterday was a horrible day for all things weight loss. I didnt eat right. In fact I was so ashamed that I ate so much yesterday I couldnt bring myself to put the things in. And I ended up watching NCIS for a few hours. instead of exercising. Oh well today is a new day. And what was bothering me yesterday and somewhat today I will not let it get in the way of me getting fitter and looking better I can or they win in my eyes even though the 2 aren't related by any means.

Trying to keep motivated I know That I will be tired some days and not want to workout which is my biggest downfall but I have to think do i really want to be like this forever. The answer is no so I need to do something. I am slowly seeing results as I Keep my diet and incorporate exercise into my life. I plan to do every challenge I have joined to the fullest. I also think i will start to post weekly pics of myself to see if I have truly done my best.

Went to a health and fitness fair yesterday I had a lot of fun and learned some things. I also won a body slimming wrapwhich I am getting tommorrow which reminds me I have to drink lots of water before hand. I'm pretty excited as I also found out that there may be a fitness center that fits my budget . I made yet another promise to myself that I want to be down to my pre pregancy weight by my daughters 2nd birthday in aug. Since its only around 20 pounds to go before then it makes me think this is possible if I work hard enough.I'm thinking that taking zumba will help as well as keeping track of what I eat. Plus I started the 30 day shred challenge so I'm thinking if I push myself to complete these challenges I will succeed.

Wow Its been too long since i have been on here. I tend to always be inspired but never motivated. I wish I was more motivated though. Everyday I think I need to run at least a mile. but It never happens. I have been trying to take my daughter to the playground more often so I can sneak in some exercising that way. After all I am just a big kid so I will try and do the monkey bars or climb up the slide. I did manage to keep the pounds I lost before my big fl trip off during it so that made me happy. However Its getting close to bathing suit season and I would love to have my body back again before my daughters 2nd birthday. that gives me a goal of a pound a week. I wish I had someone to exercise with or go to the gym with. Something! I would love to have a gym membership so I could take a couple of dance classes ! Which I absolutely LOVE! i'm trying to stay optimistic but its hard to when you've let yourself down so much. I want to enjoy shopping again I also would like to get out of the double digit clothes sizes FOREVER! I am ready and I can do this. I want ppl to think damn when I walk by !;-)
