I have not been doing well lately, after doing so so good prior. I have gained weight!I do this every time I get to doing well on my new way of living. I am so ashamed of my self. I just about didn't post it. I am going on a water fast today. Wish me luck!

Hey my Buddies,
Are you with me? I am going to start my HipHopAbs tomorrow sometime. I've got a busy day so I will have to squeeze it in, but I'm game! I'm going for say 15 to 20 minutes. I will try this for a week. Cause I have to have another EPI on the 20th, next Monday, which will put me down for 2 days. Then I'll start over.
If the exercise does not hurt my back I will continue to do them as my goal. Or I'll have to find something else. Who's ready to start?

Is there anyone who's interested in an exercise challenge? I have days when I think I can't exercise but most of that is not having the willpower.And I need some encourage can't due to medical reasons.
Most of it is I just don't have the willpower. I have the "HipHopAbs"dvds. Will somebody or somebodies encourage me to do them? Please

Hey Buddies!
Just had to share the good news. I did get in the jeans that I've been trying to for over a month. They actually fastened this morning! It feels so darn good to have a pair of tight fitting jeans on! All my other jeans fit below my waist or above and were way too big now. I was "bustinasag" unintentionaly.lol
I just feel so good!
