So I started grad school about a month ago. It's only been a month and I've gone up a significant amount. My habits need to change and I need to make working out a priority.
So what do?
My goals:
1. Avoid snacking and plan well-balanced meals--My tendency is to eat small amounts of food and just graze throughout the day, but this has turned into a peanut butter addiction. I'm not getting enough good fat at the right times so I need to be MINDFUL of my eating habits.
2. Get moving! Even if I have HOURS of reading to do, I can take breaks and just walk for 15 minutes or do some push ups.
3. MODERATION MODERATION MODERATION! --I need to be gentle with myself and understand that I can slowly take care of mhself. No need for "extreme" dieting or INSANE workouts. Just be aware of my body and that it *needs* to be pampered with good food, stretching, moving. IN MODERATION.

Halloween is around the corner! (OK in two months, but seriously IT'S AUTUMMMMMMMNNNNNNN!)
I need to get into "fighting shape" for my Star Trek Ensign uniform.
So I need to get into "Clean Eating" mode.
Also, it's AUTUMMMMMMNNNNNNN so my body has decided it's time to put on some extra insulation.
Seriously time to get serious.
