5 Game-Changing Facts About Calories
1. Calorie count databases are imprecise; two identical pieces of 200g beef steak can have a differential of up to 200 calories.
2. We don’t absorb all the calories we consume; with some foods like almonds, we only absorb 68% of calories. But for other foods, we absorb more calories, such as kale where we tend to absorb 28% more calories.

Ici... 47.5 kg, beaucoup beaucoup de konjac... Comptage drastique de calories (jamais + de 1300 Kcal/jour) et beaucoup beaucoup de sport (crossfit 2h/semaine, course 15km /semaine, boxe 2h semaine, muscu quotidienne de 20min à 1h)
= maigre, moche, épuisée, malheureuse et stérile....
Allez-y, goinfrez vous de konjac!!!!!

Alors puisque ce site est fait pour étaler ses photos... En voilà des photos!!!!
Ci dessous, poids=53 kg, alimentation= essentiellement des céréales (complètes) le matin (végétal pour le laitage), beaucoup de protèines (saumon et poulet sans peau, sans gras), beaucoup de fruits, légumes, hummus, avocats, des pates de temps en temps (ok, genre, 2x par mois, et accompagnées de légumes)... Sport= 20 min quotidienne de routines alternées, gainage, fessiers, et beaucuop de marche, 2* 30 min de cardio/semaine...
Et surtout, jamais comptage de calories!!
