Pre-gym/Post rest day weight. DID NOT increase kCal as per December 4th journal entry.
Seems like the weight is starting to stick on this kCal.
Made some adjustments to my routine after completing my December 4-10 week. Moving heavier weight, less reps and less exercises per day.
Still breaking plateaus!
On an eating lifestyle note, I have seen the challenges and great benefits since going 95% vegan (due to higher cost of Vegan protein, I still use Whey as I've mentioned in a previous post) over a month ago. As a father of 3 amazing kids, I want to continue setting an example for them, but I also want to enjoy the eating splurges of Family nights and actually BE IN THE MOMENT with my kids without the guilt and restrictions of being a vegan.
Notably, I am already consuming a milk product. I've since embraced that and on December 10, switched over from 95% to 100% vegetarian. Made a short transition from products that MAY CONTAIN eggs or milk products to eating eggs. Haven't gone back to drinking milk or eating cheese directly yet. I may not either. Only time will tell. But a veggie pizza with my family sounds pretty amazing!

Weight hasn't changed much yet. Will be increasing kCal by another 500 after this week.
Onto the 4th week of my push/pull routine.
Moving heavier weight now. Focused on quality and maintaining quantity.
Pushing myself beyond previous limitations. It's really a mental game now. No limits, no boundaries, no doubts.
This first day on 4th cycle was a real test!

Post workout meal routine. The multigrain clusters gives my oatmeal texture and sweet flavour along with the vanilla protein powder. Added in a banana today for extra carbs on this heavy day!

After workout weigh in.
Finished second cycle of push/pull routine. GREAT results! Plateau breakers.
I am a graduated 30-day, 95% "Vegan" as of November 23. Still going strong with it.
Might consider myself vegetarian only cause I am still taking whey protein before workout and after. Vegan proteins are available, but it's pricey! Made the decision yesterday to stick with my current proteins and stay vegan with my whole foods. Most definitely when Vegan protein prices drop I will completely changeover.
I may need to increase kCal further as well. I seem to have been hovering between 138-140 depending on the time I weigh myself. We'll see where I weigh-in next week and go from there.
