24 more days with this "extended cut" phase. Happy with the progress this year in comparison to the previous 2 years I've cut. This year with the weight loss, I've been able to maintain/improve strength with exercises and not have to drop weight because I am cutting. I'm guessing that since I've taken a more patient approach to cutting this year, I am able to have better results as a whole rather than just having one side of the coin (the look but no strength).
I'm also enjoying the routine I'm currently using as well. Gets me up early again, includes cardio and weight training (+ 1 rest day 😅).

Attempting nutrion timing.
Going to divide my Pre-workout shake, and add it to my post workout shake with protein.
Mindfully, I've kept the same routine for years, and I know I feel the pre-workout shake in my stomach often during my workout and sometimes until after I'm done.
Feel like I might benefit more with the change.

Started 2-a-day workouts yesterday with Chest. Today is legs. Will maintain at 2600kCal until after this 2-a-day cycle is complete then will drop to 2450kCal.
I will start taking a video of myself everyday until we hit our deadline to monitor progress.

Back to using commercial home gym weighing scale
Weighed in at 141.8 after workout
Program has extended another 3 months due to COVID-19.
Did a weigh in some time ago and came in at around 144.
Happy with muscle fullness and strength this year while cutting.
