On weekend's depending on how I feel & my workout I been eating once to twice a day. Hmm wondering if that's why my weight is off balance. So this weekend I'll try to eat 3 meals 8 cups of water & a hr of cardio.

Have to say these 2 weeks have been crazy won't lie I been doing some major stress eating which is not cool have been working out even did some weight lifting class. Whatever I'm going thur just ready for to be over with

So I put in on some weight for the 1st time I'm not upset let's be real the way I eat is crazy Also I'm donig SWIFT it's cardio & weights so hopfully I'm toning somewhere LOL wishfully thinking

Goals For July
Apparently my phone pedometer has a time active count so I'll be using that time to track my work calories instead of putting in 8hrs for this month
Also the month of July I will continue to do meatless Monday's in support of my vegan friend's
