Been eating what I want haven't been to the gym since last year Dec.22,2015 Hmm 7lbs weight gain O'well it's life no need to cry about it just need to get off my LAZY AZZ & back to the gym.

It's almost the end of the year "2015" 190 I have no complaints the way I eat half workout have to sat I'm very happy with my weight I came a long way when I started this in "April 2011" at 307 I just want to work on toning & maintaining in "2016" I'm Very bless I got another year membership with YMCA so I have no reason not to workout.

I already know if I eat better/healthy food my weight will fall off quicker But when I think about all the bad junk food I'm eating & not working out as much I can't get get mad/upset All I can do is enjoy the moment as I age it will get hard LOL

Been working out Yet at the same time eating whatever I want I'll get back on track someday soon I hope until I'm just going to enjoy moment of food The life of being a female PMS week water weight craving's mood swing's the list go on O'well
