For any of those that walk/run on a treadmill, is it more effective to go longer on a low or no incline? Or is it more effective to go less time on a steeper incline? Thanks in advance for any info!

Got up this morning with my hubby, he has to work today, got a load of laundry in and walked on the treadmill, switched loads and walked some more, got in an hour and a half walking this morning. We will now the lawns when he gets home, he uses the rider and I get the walk behind. It's supposed to be 94 here today, so I'll be sweating those pounds off! Have a great Saturday everyone!
