Greetings!
Just for Today I Commit to Staying on My Food Plan. (OMAD)
I walked high tide deep sand three days in a row. The Idiot Box moved down. What a Concept! LOL.
Today will be "walk the neighborhood day" since high tide will happen after work which is my usual walking time.
Even my OURA ring says I need a lighter activity day!
I love my OURA ring as a tracker. I have had it over one year. Maybe check it our if you are sick of FitBit.

* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting three to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Greetings my FS family:
Just For Today I Commit to My Food Plan (OMAD)
So, I realized that I watch the Tides so I can plan my beach walks! LOL....what a weirdo I am. TODAY was a deep sand day...extra hard walking!
HIGH tide walking is SO much more work because the water is right up to the DEEP beach sand level through which one has to walk...LOW tide walking allows quicker speed because you can walk on the damp compacted sand...again, what a weirdo I am!

The Idiot Box went down one pound this week...down is always good.
I was less able to walk the beach last week so that is reflected in my loss being smaller than the last two weeks. Deep Beach Sand coming up!
Three weeks left until my Italy trip. My goal is to be 25 pounds down, so I still have three pounds left to hit it. Three weeks - 3 pounds!
Let's Go!!!

Happy Wednesday!

Have you ever just been angry looking at the Idiot Box? I know it is fluctuations.
But, it sometimes flattens me. It shouldn't. I know better. But Idiot Box UP? I am 100% on my food plan.
I will keep on and hope for the downward trend to return!
