My weekly totals for 2/11-17:
Average Weight: 181.8 (down 1.2) and today I was 179.6!!
Average Net Carbs: 19.0, still too low. I am moving onto OWL today and my goal will be 25-30 net carbs with addition of some nuts.
Average Cals: 1386 (a little low but not bad)
Ave WW PP: 30 (not bad)
I'm happy with this past week. It wasn't hard, I did add some alcohol and nuts here and there (some pine nuts in a topping and a couple of almonds). If I continue to lose at this level I will add berries next week.

I am so stoked!! I am under 180 lbs for the first time in over a year!!! Now I feel I can move onto OWL and add some more things to my repetoire. First nuts, then berries, then I really want to add apples. I love apples!

Well, I have been under eating this week. I've only reached 20 net carbs once. I need to do better. I just have not been hungry. Last night, probably because I was feeling sad that I was spending another V Day alone, I drank too much. I had a rum and diet coke with dinner and then went home and had several vodka and seltzers. It has been a long time since I had more than a single drink or two. And exercise has been nonexistent this week. My days off have been spent running around doing errands and I need to get things packed up for our move ASAP!!!
So, new resolve to do better from this point on. Less alcohol (preferably none at all) and more food (veggies and protein of course).

Stats for last week, which I admit was not my best week.
Weight average: 183 (down 0.7)
Net Carbs: 17.8/d (too low)
Cals: 1519/d (on target!)
WW PP: 34/d (too high--goal 26)
Water: 8gl/d (good but would like to average closer to 10)
I did lose some inches, esp off my waist, so I'm happy about that. Will try to stay on plan a little better this week, with an occasional snack of 5 almonds (not every day).
