Minta saran dong, Kak.
Aku kan bmrnya 1588, tdeenya 2100.
Di situsnya bilang kalau mau menurunkan berat badan dicut 500 kalori.
Kalau aku cut dari 2100-500=1600
Karena itu rendah banget, jadi aku naikin 1700 kalori.
Apakah udah benar perhitunganku jadi konsumsi 1700 kalori per hari?
Aku udah jalanin ini kurang lebih seminggu. Diimbangi olahraga aerobik 30 menit (kesukaanku).
