hoy a la tarde vomité.
tuve un atracón, me cocine 3 huevos y los comi con 2 panes, me sentía mal por un problema en casa y estando sola, vomité.
antes lo había intentado pero jamás llegué a hacerlo, me siento mal, pero no físicamente, estoy triste y no entiendo, porque a la vez estoy "feliz" por lograrlo y se que eso está mal.
hasta ahora había venido bien, aumente mis calorías a 1000 y aún así baje 1kilo, pero la culpa y la ansiedad me ganaron.
hace unos minutos intente de vuelta pero solo me gane un dolor de mandíbula enorme.
fracase otra vez, perdón.
