So 17 days ago I went on vacation and completely blew my diet. no excuses just time to make a permanent change. So here I go again.... one thing I have learned from my years of weight gains, losses, and gains is that there are no straight lines in weight loss. Everything about weight loss is up and down sometimes more ups than downs.

It’s a beautiful day here today! Yesterday I walked 6 miles at our local track and I’m on mile 3 for today. I walk 3 take a 10 min break and walk 3 more. I’m trying to work off that piece of bread I had last night. I guess sometimes I just crave bread but im over it today. Have a great day everyone!
