I will be weighing myself every Sunday morning at 5 am.
So tomorrow.
Oh gosh.
I’ll be weighing myself in my bra, Obama bottoms and top. No socks.
Can’t be bothered to do it in the Nuddy like you’re supposed to 😂😂😂. Might scare the scales off to reading “ get the hell off me you hippo I can’t breathe “ 😂😂😂

Update. Today I have had 472 calories. Breakfast. Cup of coffee and lunch.
Steak. Chips and onion rings will probably bring that up to 1200. I have no clue
800-1000 is my goal. But like I said. I don’t properly start until tomorrow when I weigh myself.
5am with either give me a boost or break me down Into a calorie counting freak 😂😂😂

Okay so what I actually have to eat is :
( Breakfast and Lunch ) Easy peasy small calorie plan - and then whatever for dinner..😂 ) I haven’t included Dinner food.
A whole loaf of Fruit bread (13 slices in a loaf )
2 eggs I’ll have fried.
3 sticks of celery
Broccoli and cheese pasta 99g x4
Go Agead strawberry yoghurt slices x5
Snackajacks salt and vinegar x4
Go Ahead forest fruits slices x5
Tin of tomatoes x 8
Those 90 calories bars salted caramel x5
Tin of peaches in syrup
Tin of apricot halves
Tin of pineapple slices ( large )

I weigh myself Tomorow.
I was a month ago 14stone 5Ibs.
We shall see tomorrow morning at 5am when I am usually awake. !!
Take your bets !! I’ve cheated a lot. I have had a lot of bad food. But also used a Rock N Fit for 30-40 minutes 4 days this week ha ha.
