So i worked out yesterday and burned 400 calories on the elyptical...I didnt do much other than that, and i didnt eat a very healthy dinner but i actually think that my calories werent over about 1000 intake...so that was good! I am tired, and i want to go to sleep. today is my workout day off and other than having to work, i am going to go home, cuddle in some pjs and do some homework...oh fun, but at least its relaxing...Ahh i think i might go snack right now, healthily, of course lol...

AHHHH i worked out like crazy today! I did an hour on the elyptical and burned 660 calories and traveled 5.2 miles! it was insane! now after i get off work i plan to go sit in the sauna and relax! i am excited. My weigh in is tomorrow so hopefully i have lost some more!! atleast three pounds, i want to be in the 160's...ahhh because then when i get there my goal wont seem so far away...it just feels like there is a barrier between 160 and 170 that i havent crossed since over a year ago and i miss it. I was 155 to 160 my freshman year and i was happy, i had a cute little body even if i wasnt exactly fit...and i wasnt uncomfortable in my own skin...but then i ballooned...from 155 when i began dating my exboyfriend to 185 when we broke up six months later...30 pounds is a lot in 6 months, especially me being only 5'2"...it was very noticeable...since then i found the love of my life, and even though he loves me just the way i am, i do not love me just the way i am...hopefully this routine will help me fix this problem...

I finally got in to workout today!!! wooohoooo...and i dont have school tomorrow so i plan to spend some major time at the gym...whoop whoop....i want to go in the sauna! it has been awhile....and that is all i can do in aquatics until my piercing heals...ahhh sweat it out!!! haha other than that i am feeling well...definatly stronger...I no longer feel sick...I ate healthily today, had an intake of 1,330 calories, but i burned around 560 so i only had about apprx. 770 calorie intake...wooooooo hoooooo. I hope i have lost on my weigh in on saturday, because of my three days i did not work out...erg...but im working out hard hard hard tomorrow.
