Alright, I am an 18 year old that lives in Washington State. I am employed at the local YMCA and I love it there! the free membership is also a plus :P
I have been working out on and off since september 2006 when I started, mostly swimming laps, running on the elyptical, but I have never truly commited until about a week ago. I decided that it was time to lose the baby fat and truly become the woman I was meant to be. I recruited my friend and also Fitness Staff Employee, Sam, as my personal trainer and he made me a chart to live by that i have been supplementing with extra running and cardio everyday.
The working out is going well, I feel myself growing stronger and I have been challenging myself everyday, I always feel so wonderful after I work out and I dont want to stop!
The killer is that I have not changed my diet at all. Well I suppose that is a lie. I have decreased what i have been eating but some of it is still really bad! So, to become a vegetarian! again...haha I am very excited to begin my new life, for this is a lifestyle choice no doubt, and I am glad that I have found a place to find support and assistance!
