I have been on some sort of diet for the last 40 years, lol , well it seems that way. this is the first time I actually feel like I am motivated enough to progress to an end result, Having watched a TV doco about the Dukan Diet I bought the book and being the meat lover that I am it suits me perfectly, Charmy 98 is a great friend who made me aware of this site, I am so glad she did! it is a great place to pour out the "DIET" STUFF... WITHOUT bending the ears of long suffering family.... and what a great way to get the pounds of in secret, then appear trim taught and terrific at a big event as if it happened by magic. The Dukan Diet doesn't count calories, but seeing the calorie count is further encouragement to stick with it . As I said in Journal entry I couldn't find "DUKAN DIET" on list when I joined F/S on 10/10/2010 so I listed the nearest one I saw ,, but I am actually using the original "DUKAN DIET" which doesn't count calories, and is all protein in the first and ATTACK PHASE of the diet, the loss recorded on my calendar reflects nearly 2 weeks up to and including 10/10.2010 ,, very happy with the progress, cant wait to see what the next 2 weeks bring... YEAHHHHH MANAGED TO FIX THE START WEIGH AND CURRENT WEIGHT.. DUNNO HOW BUT THEY GOT TRANSPOSED .. ALL GOOD NOW IT SHOWS HOW IT IS..
