Wanting to stay healthy for my two toddlers! After pregnancy I gained a crap ton of weight and my bmi fell into the obesity category. Both sides of my family have diabetes and it took me a while to shed the weight from my two pregnancies. I'm wanting to stay healthy and continue to learn healthy habits and workouts so that I may enjoy a longer life and do my best to prevent diseases . I want to be a great grandma one day.
