Hmmm, I never know what to write in these things. I'm a thirty-something nursing student. I gained my weight during my 20's and have struggled to lose it since. In 2004, I was diagnosed with diabetes. That didn't wake me up, I basically ignored it until I saw first hand the damage it does to your body while in nursing school. Like some people I gain and lose the same 20 lbs. every year. This year I want to break the cycle, get to a healthy weight, and get off diabetic meds.
204 lbs.- lost my first 10%
199 lbs.- goodbye 200's
180 lbs.- no longer obese
175 lbs.- 50 lbs. gone
150 lbs.- no longer overweight
145 lbs.- GOAL MET!!!!
