I started off at 168 lbs last spring, and lost approx. 28 lbs on the Atkins diet combined with a 1400 calorie count. Over the course of 6 months I gained 16 lbs back! :( Of course, I slacked off, stopped working out, and started eating the junk foods I love.
So, here we go again. I am reducing my net calories to 1200 and get back on Atkins. I have already been working out on and off last week, but need to develop a routine again. :)
