I'm (soon to be) 29 years old. I'm a mother to two wonderful children - a son who's 7 and a daughter who's 9 months old. I have been with my husband for over 10 years now and have done a lot of the 'up and down' with my weight in that time. (Mostly the 'up'.)
My husband is in the Army and is currently serving his 3rd tour in Iraq. He's set to return home next September, so I'm hoping I can give him a sexier and more confident wife upon his return!!
I have always been very athletic growing up, so I've never been the tiny and petite little girl - I've been thick, had lots of muscle and usually worked out with the guys, so I built more bulk than most girls. But over the years, I've stopped exercising all together, and now am just flabby. I miss playing soccer desperately, and am using that as my main motivation to lose the weight.
I'm very realistic and not trying to set unreachable goals; however, I would like to lose 100 pounds by this time next year if possible. I'm not planning to do it in an unhealthy way though, so any loss will be exciting for me - I just know my ultimate goal is to reach 30 at a lighter weight than I hit 20 with. :-)
