I am a wife and mother to 4 very energetic boys. I am also employed full time outside of the home. I am 38 years old and have had some health set backs that led to my weight gain.

I am looking to lose around 100 pounds with the Atkins WOE. But my ultimate goal is to be healthy and have more energy. I think I'm off to a good start!
