Reached my goal of losing 5% of my weight this month!! So excited! I actually lost almost 7%. Woo hoo! And it's totally because of the treadmill I got last weekend because now that I am working out AND eating right, I lost 7 lbs just this last week. My second goal was to lose 20 lbs by my birthday (July 12) and I have lost 16 so far so it looks like I am going to reach that goal too!
