What's everyone's go to after workout protein shake? so far I'm doing the pemier protein.

Usually just that one. I don’t like the powders and I don’t drink protein shakes unless I’m keeping calories low to eat a larger meal later in the week/day, I prefer eating protein bars/snacks. But premier protein is the one I drink when I feel like it

My favorite one is Detour brand caramel cookie crunch, also has 1000mg of Omega-3 which is good too, and I get protein cookies, either MyCookie or Lenny & Larry’s complete cookie.
