I fell today as I was leaving my apartment. Fortunately, there was someone close by to help me get up. Went to doctor and there were no broken bones which is also very good. Just a lot of scratches and what looks like some black and blue marks on my knee and elbow. Also a lot of pain. I'll see how I feel tomorrow as to whether I can exercise.
