I'm back. Thought I could do it on my own but, guess what, I failed. Well, I'm going to try again. And this time I plan to make it. 50 pounds. Wish me luck.

I just realized there is only 4 more days of my challenge. I am 3 pounds away from meeting my goal. I don't know if I will make it. I'm sure going to try. The challenge was to be under 200 pounds by July, I thought, but now I see the challenge is up in 4 days and it's no where near July. Oh, well I guess that's okay. I'll get pretty close and maybe pass it before the month is out. My birthday is May 8. I think I'll make it a personal challenge to get below 200 by my birthday.

Fell coming out of my apts on Thursday and was unable to exercise for several days. Todat was first day back. I exercise almost every day for 30 minutes. I do 15 minutes of walking on a treadmill and 15 minutes of peddling on a stationery bike. I actually look forward to going to exercises. I also do chair areobics two days a week for 45 minutes.
