Today was my C25K day, and I was supposed to run 28 minutes. I ran 30 instead!!! So I am so happy! I went from barely and I mean barely, running 60 seconds at a time to now running for 30 minutes straight!! I can not wait to run my first 5k!! I am excited for Saturday, we will be taking our measurements again. I can't wait to see the differences.
I now have a real goal, I think we are going to go to North Carolina for the Fourth of July. I really hope I will be looking decent by then. I will have to come up with some kind of goal in the next couple of days. Maybe I will check the challenges!
