He perdido 200 gramos en 4 dias y he bajado 100 gramos de grasa (de 10.5 kg a 10.4 kg) y he mantenido musculo (25.7 kilos). La idea es aumentar musculo se que me va a costar pero vamos por mas!
60.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
