Can't break this plateau in forever! Protein shake for breakfast,Plain salmon burger and salad for lunch, grilled turkey and veggie wrap & plain salad & fruit cup for dinner. I mean, it doesn't get much cleaner than that, right? It's not like I sit on the couch all day! I am active like crazy at work and at home!
