Didn't get to write in my journal yesterday, but I had a great weigh in. I lost 2.5 pounds! Yeah for me! That was nice after a long stretch of 1 pound losses. I think I figured out some of my problem was. I usually NEVER go over my RDI, but for some reason this past week, I went over almost everyday, and then ended up losing more weight! So I upped my RDI for this week. Also had a very nice lady send me a message and pretty much confirmed that I needed to up my RDI. She also broke down some percentages for me to try to stay within. I am going to try all my new advice for a few weeks and hopefully continue to see a weight loss. I am feeling great lately. I think I forgot to post in my journal last week that I have had to put my wedding rings on a necklace! They no longer fit on any of my fingers! I can not wait to get to goal and have my rings resized! It is also really nice to see the girls starting to make healthy choices over unhealthy choices! They are really loving all the extra fruit in the house. Bananas don't last at all!! Saturdays are always good because Nick and I get to go to the gym together!!
