WOW! Iam so bored with my diet. The foods just don't appeal anymore. What can I do to change this feeling? If anyone has had the same feelings please reply! What did you do to get the UMPH back?

Change it up! There are so many good foods in the world, no reason to eat the same things over and over! Why not browse through some recipes online here or elsewhere and see if you can find something that fits in your diet? I could tell you what I eat, but it probably wouldn't fit into weight watchers (I don't watch fat, don't think there's any need to...) Try some new fruits and veggies. Maybe see if there's a farmer's market in your area and you could try some local produce? It makes me feel so good to eat something that I know was picked by the farmer I bought it from that day. Something about that is so rewarding. Diet should not be punishment. You need to learn a healthy way of eating that you can enjoy for life.

When you go to the grocery store next, just don't buy the same things you buy now. If you are eating yogurt for breakfast everyday, try something else....oatmeal, cereal, english muffins w/cream cheese and/or fruit. Maybe for lunch have a salad or soup. For dinner, take the above advice. Search this site for recipes. There are SO many good ones on here. Some ingredients I change up to suit my personal needs and likes, but has really given me a variety!! I do know what you are going through. I find myself in the same boat alot. I buy the same things at the grocery store, just because I know it is "safe". Try to make it a goal that next time you are at the store not to buy anything that you eat now....do something totally new. Do it again the next week and by then you will have a big variety to choose from! Hope this helps a little....(I think I will take my own advice, I am sick of eating Tuna for lunch everyday....lol)
