Having a poor day and don't know why. Sticking to the diet 100%, work is going great (I work at home writing code) but am feeling down. I can get like this when I have been dieting for a couple of weeks successfully and haven't lost all my weight. I don't really expect to have lost it, but feel crappy anyway. I will just keep at it, maybe go for a walk and adjust my attitude. Actually, just writing this down and already made it seem better so will drink another large water and go for that walk.

YOU CAN DO IT! I feel like a cheerleader shaking those pom poms. It can get discouraging, I KNOW. But this is the longest I have stuck with this whole thing and I am proud. You should be proud too, you are doing GREAT!
