I had a pretty good weekend. I fought the monster (eating) this weekend and won the battle big time. Was watching tv and needed a snack. Went to the fridge and loaded up on raw veggies. It made me feel great to win. Old habits die hard, but they can be beaten. Kept up with my water and today I am feeling great.
