Took my measurements today. I wish I would have taken them when I started. I am really starting to tell a difference in my clothes and people are beginning to tell me that they can tell I am losing weight! Even though the scale isn't showing much of a loss.....that's ok though, I am going to the gym 6 days per week and giving it all I can each time I go!! Can't wait to check in a month to see if I have lost some inches!

There are times that I get on the scale and either there's no change or it says I've gained a pound or two, but I feel lighter and more fit. It's all about how you feel. I go 6 times a week to the gym (when I can) and I feel great! Keep up the good work!
