still no movement been two weeks now i havent changed any thing im doing i started off with such a bang anyone have any thoughts im getting so discouraged

I don't think you are eating enough. Keep your carbs around induction to BMR http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

I may not be right but I see coffee, splenda, atkins shake and mayo, I will completely stop losing if I have caffiene, artificial sweetners and sugar. Maybe you could stop them temporarily to see if the weight loss restarts.

Shari...you are eating the right things, just not enough of them...try to get the calories up around 1600 and see what happens...just add a bit more mayo, some butter, heavy cream, or olive oil. Good luck, and let me know if I can help!!
