I'm so excited that I've only been on this diet for four days and I've already lost 5lbs! Hopefully I can do it even better since I didn't realize that you aren't supposed to eat tons of Atkins bars or shakes when you are in Induction. Any other Induction Phase people out there? I'd love to form an alliance! :-P
