I had to go back and look at the diet; I'd been operating off what I remembered. I'd forgotten how very restrictive the carbohydrates had to be. Over the past couple of days I've gotten the carbohydrates under much better control, and this morning it paid off! So glad!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
