Wow, that's frightening, gaining 7 pounds in a week! How did THAT happen?! Okay, I know that I didn't worry about "dieting" since my family was in from Florida and I was off for spring break, but I didn't think I ate THAT poorly . . . . obviously I did, though. Oh well, I knew I wasn't going to obsess about calories and that I was going to enjoy eating out, so I just have to get back on the wagon and not it derail me. In the past, I would have just given up and quit dieting, but I jumped back on the diet train yesterday and plan to move forward. Go me, for keeping a positive attitude!
97.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
