Snow day today! So, this is day 2 of me being at home...Again, I stayed productive and didn't lie around and eat crap.
I just stopped by the grocery store on my way home. I picked up some lettuce. I was going to go get a diet soda but then I thought about how all the chemicals aren't good for me and I really don't need it...so I didn't get any. Then I thought about getting some organic gold fish...but then I wondered about my motivation for getting them. Wouldn't it just be to snack? Isn't that my downfall? So, I didn't get any. But, I don't necessarily think they would have been bad for me to eat, but I think right now, I need to focus on not snacking for tasty-factor, but snacking for sustenence...therefore I should probably choose something more substantial.
Side note, I went to the localy Young Professionals Casino night tonight! It was so much fun!
But I had to grab a quick sandwhich before I left because I ran out of time...now I am pretty hungry...
I ate pretty light today and yesterday and this has worked out okay because I haven't worked out since Monday. However, this weekend, I need to make a plan for this week...I am going to need a lot more food!!
Oh, this reminds me, I made the South Beach egg breakfast...it's with canadian bacon and cheese and green pepper...bake them in a muffin tin...Anyway, that will be good for 6 breakfasts. I think I might also make the turkey patties (ground turkey, onion and crushed pecans mmmmm!!) and alternate them. Both of these breakfasts are great because I keep them at work and heat them up once I get there (after going to the gym in the morning). They are great protein!!

That is all. :)
