Here begins the journey. Time to get the college/post college weight gain off, for good!
I am going to be looking to God each day for strength and I am going to fight the battle one day at a time until the weight is gone!
Last night I had to purchase the biggest clothes I have ever own...I don't fit my clothes anymore without bulging out of them. However...I am not going to be wearing them next year at this time!
