I've been thinking of doing a weekend water fast. I've been reading up on them and think maybe it might be a good idea to cleanse my system and reset things so to speak. Plus I usually eat horribly on weekends. :/

Things that worry me tho is #1 I'm diabetic so not sure how this would affect me there.
Also I have hypothyroidism and again, worried about how this would affect it.
Plus I'm on 7 different medications and some I've read say you go off everything including meds, and some don't.

Maybe some of you could give me some insight?
