Well, after the fast food binge and feeling worthless I finally made the decision that what I've been doing is not working form me and what did work I should resume doing. So I'm starting with LA Weight Loss again because it worked! My trainer is not going to like me when I tell her we've done things her way and it hasn't worked, so we're gonna try my way now.
