Had Asparagus Carbonara at our favorite restaurant last night and asked for it over broccoli instead of pasta and it was amazingly wonderful. Didn't miss the pasta at all! Started off with a Greek Salad and then that. Of course this place cooks broccoli to perfection, not too crunchy, not too mushy. Pleasantly crisp.
