5 mins on the rowing machine
15 mins on the treadmill (intervals running at 6.5km/h for 2 mins and 1 min walking on a gradient of 8.5% at a speed of 4.5) that was pretty tough

lots of resistance machines

crunches (3 sets 12)

leg extensions (3 sets 12)

was a tough tough workout i was sweating buckets!

I have eaten loooads today though mostly healthy snacks but still too much!
