contrary to what it says i am not following weight watchers I just dont want to change the diet incase it changes my ticker and things :P
also it has been brought to my attention that i dont actually say what diet i am following well basically im just eating healhty consuming less than i use (i think) and working out 4-5 times a week its working for me :)
