Out to lunch at Mexican for the first time since starting low carb. Fajitas were excellent. Very weird not to start meal with chips and salsa. But I had ithe salsa on my fajitas and loved them.
And we stopped at the grocery store and got me some cheese, roast beef, turkey , and I just made 3 MIMs to take on the trip and the hard boiled eggs, celery and cream cheese and asparagus are going in the cooler. I'm set for 3 meals and snacks. :)
