Ok, so I know I'm an emotional eater, and I need to write things down. Well I haven't been logging my food and my p.t. is mad at me... Grrrrrr

Yes! Write it down,... every bite! Give "thedailyplate.com" a try, it is the easiest journaling I've found yet. It takes a little getting used to, but after that it's easy! Get a good plan together and go for it!! :) You can DO IT! :)
