Determined to get back in ketosis. Just under 20 grams of carb today... 19.91. But not much in the way of veggie carbs today. I can do this! Gonna get some zucchini and frozen asparagus and other frozen veggies so they don't go bad on me. I hated throwing away my fresh asparagus cuz I didn't cook it in time. And I like the coconut bark I made. Not too bad.
